Great hospitality, very nice staff.When in the Baltimore area again this hotel would be my choice..
Large stain on carpet by refrigerator which should have been cleaned, it was very nasty. Something brown dripping down the bathroom door and NO VENTING at all in the bathroom. Overall the room was not CLEAN or appealing and the A/C did not work properly. 2 months earlier when I looked up pricing for our stay which was for June 9th it was only 149.00. When I booked as Hilton Honors member a week in advance the price had jumped to 177.00. I ended up calling the location and secured a NON-CANCELLATION price of 168.00 with total... read more
My room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I got home everything in my suitcase also smelled like smoke.
Rude front desk staff. Mauretta would not allow me to check in without my husband present. I traveled all day and he was at a military ceremony. She made me wait in the lobby. I offered to give her a credit card . She still would not allow me to check in. Unbelievable!
