This was a good experience overall however and here is the good and bad- Good is that it’s a very clean and nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. That being said there shouldn’t be much bad right? The bad was pretty bad: -We got in late and checked in. The front desk lady was very rude because we “hadn’t been answering her calls”. Uhh our flight got delayed and we were on an airplane. Wonderful stay. Short visit, but very nice accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a great location to stay at with a tractor trailer. It was easy in and out for the most part. Had to work around the trees and wish they’d trim them back a little. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was nice, big, and clean. Will return.
We had an extremely unfortunate check in experience this past weekend, when we arrived in town for a special family event taking place in Franklin. We booked through Booking.com and when we arrived at the property at 5pm on 10/17, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled (it was still showing as very much active in my Booking app and I had a confirmation email from less than 24 hours prior, which I showed them) and that they were sold out and had no other room to offer us.
