Attended a conference here, but did not stay overnight. Conference staff was very pleasant and efficient. Very nice location.
I was at this hotel in August to celebrate my son’s birthday ,however when we arrive my booked rooms were for 2 rooms with double queen beds in each room .Somehow it was booked as 2 rooms with One King bed in each room.When we arrived in the room we realized it was wrong .I went back to the front desk and the employee Johnathan was very professional and polite,however he was in the process of fixing the mistake he informed us that it would have to be approved by his manager.When Janette Scott came out she was very rude, disr... read more
