Long wait but worth it!! Food was amazing and cocktails hit the spot! No leftovers

I read the other reviews, really mixed so I guess it just depends on when you go, but I had great, friendly service, really good food, awesome view. Salad, ribs, and a cold beer. Service was a bit slower paced but not outrageous. It was a Monday night and I was there right at dinner start (5), started to get a bit more customers there by time I left. I would go back for sure and see if the next visit is just as good, especially as it gets later or on a weekend.
Hasn't disappointed in all my years eating there! Crab cake salad is always amazing- but so is everything else!
Waited for 45 minute just to sit...and had reservations on a not so busy restaurant...empty table everywhere..
Everything about this place is on point. The cocktails were mixed to perfection, the curry hamakua mushroom pot pie was to die for, the crab cakes salad was so ONO and you can't beat the view.
RecommendedGreat service from being seated and served. Enjoyed our sushi, meal and dessert. Atmosphere was great as busy as they were.
We had a late lunch our waitress was very nice and our food fair but the Recptionist was rude and discourteous to us. This made our visit very uncomfortable. We recommend you look else where.
RecommendedWe stopped In for wine and pupus on our way to the airport.. Our food was exceptional.. The atmosphere and view with the sun setting was beautiful.. And our server zack was amazing.. We will be coming to Hilo more often for work and can not wait to dine here again!!
