I was just in the Cranford shop today to buy my first "real" bicycle. I can't remember the name of the salesperson who helped me, unfortunately, but he was super informative and helpful and he had the bike I wanted built and ready for me in just over half an hour. It was a really positive experience and if I ever need repairs or accessories I will definitely be back.
