Can not recommend Hilltop enough! They helped us order a bike over the phone and it arrived at our house fully assembled 4 days later. My daughter is so happy and she will be able to enjoy during the quarantine and after!
a big thank you too hilltop. I called the local MADISON shop to see if I can order a bike for my daughters birthday. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the store wasn’t handling curb side pickups, but to place an order through the website. But it could take up to 4 days. I ordered online, and added a note to see if they can deliver it the next day for my daughters birthday. It was delivered at 4:30, right before her birthday caravan of cars came rolling by. Thank you hilltop for making it a special day.
Their fast and courteous service - Fixed my chain very quickly so I was back on the trail!

Craig and Eric you guys are awesome. Needed two tubular tires , Eric loaned me a wheel so I wouldn’t miss my training rides until the tires came in. Craig’s recommendation for Gator skins was perfect and the quality install was to perfection. Again thank you guys! I’m ready for the FONDO 🚴🏼♂️
