I had a fantastic experience talking to Sean about road bikes in the Cranford location. He spent a great deal of time discussing what I was looking for and finding out what my true needs were. I didn't end up buying a road bike there today but that was only cause they didn't have it in stock once they get it in I'll go back to buy it. They are cool
Employees at Hilltop Bicycles - Cranford location are so helpful and patient. When it comes to biking, I am somewhat clueless since I've only been riding about a year. I've gone to the shop for advice on numerous occasions and they always guide me in the right direction. The sales staff is knowledgable but NOT pushy - they never try to talk me into purchasing anything. When I am ready to take a step up and buy a "Good" bicycle, I will be sure to visit them first.
Getting back into mountain biking after many years away. Boy has tech changed since my last purchase in 1998! I had a lot of questions. They spent a lot of time with me on several trips in (both locations) before I finally pulled the trigger. Definitely recommend. Would type more but it's a beautiful day and I have pedals I need to spin.
