This is the worst shop and establishment ever! No customer service at all and doesn’t treat their Groupon client because they pay less? I came yesterday and I was told that I need to get a new set of tires which I did and I came back around around 2:30 and this guy (I believe his name is Gus) told me that he wouldn’t be able to do it and try it again tomorrow at 7 am. RecommendedWe went to the one in Pleasanton. Great group of guys stayed late on a Friday night to help us out. We were stuck on the side of highway 37 and trying to get to the valley. Wheel bearing went out. Limped into the shop with truck smoking. Highly recommend them! Awesome service 5 stars
Liars, bad work & horrible customer service experience. Got my entire coolant system fixed last year just to have to get it fixed again this year & he’s lying to me telling me he can’t pull up my previous work history that I just got done less than a year ago. After I spoke with someone last week & they gave me a whole list of all the things I got done & what they did. Now Cal is lying saying he’s not able to pull it up & that they did nothing wrong.
