They took 5 days to change a set of tires, and then ordered the wrong tires for my other car. **MY WIFE SAT IN THE STORE 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY FIGURED OUT THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND GAVE HER A REFUND.** -5 out of 10 for incompetence and terrible customer service.

I needed tires bad. I saw an ad on Facebook , followed the instructions for the no credit check financing, got approved. I drove from Austell all the way to Griffin . I walked in the door, I was greeted and extended a handshake immediately. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Hill's Tire and Auto.
Very honest and thorough. My sons car was overheating and another local garage quoted us $2500. Opted for a 2nd opinion with Hills. $600 later and car is not overheating. They took the time to make sure they found the source of the problem. Good to know that you can trust someone like this. Thank you! We will be back!

I’ve been looking to get tires all morning. Hills Tires’s is the place to go. Excellent customer service. Loren was amazing getting me the best deal possible. If you need tires this is the place to go.
