I wish I can give this place a negative star. It took them 4 months to even come and look at a black mold issue I was having, and even longer for them to fully fix it. A/C was constantly freezing up and the heater is constantly going out. It took them three days to come and look at a flood I had in my hallway. There is never any hot water. It seems like every week there is a notice on the door about them "fixing" the hot water issue. I refuse to eat at home and there is still a roach issue. They never deliver on things on time. And will not work with you.
These are the most roach, mice, and bed bug infested apartments I've ever seen. Management is a joke maintenance issues are a joke. I'm so happy to have left this place. Projects are better then this place. The Hills need to be leveled and start from scratch.
