From the time I walked in until I left with 3 crazy kids, I felt right at home. Not only was everyone there very welcoming, but they also watched my kids while I had my exam and cleaning. I don't normally take kids with me to appointments, but I had no choice. My 4yr old son who has autism approves as well. I feel like I've been missing out all these years going to another office. I told my parents that this was the best dental group we have ever chosen.
I only wish the dentist would of came out and talked with me about the girls teeth.
Love having my teeth cleaned but when you can get a hot wax treatment at the same time is fabulous! Love Dr and staff! Thank you all for making the dental visit a pampered experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Also the dental care is unsurpassed.
First I would like to say that I have been to several doctors in the years and I have never felt so comfortable in an office like I did at smile Hilliard . the staff is wonderful and they seemed like they love their job. I would and will recommend to everyone.
The staff was very courteous and caring. They was very knowledgeable and provided a relaxing experience. The Doctor was very upfront, knowledgeable and straight up with the care plan. I will highly recommend this office to all of my friends.
The lead up to my first appointment had a couple of calls to see if I wanted to take an earlier appointment because of a cancellation. Though I wasn't able to make it because of work, it touched me as a nice gesture. Fast forward to appointment day and being greeted by my first name on my first time ever in the location was a surprise and welcoming. As usual the staff was attentive and friendly. My dentist did a great job and 24 hours later I feel as if I didn't just have two fillings done. Special bonus -the soft, fluffy blanket of happiness that I get every time I visit. :)
Exactly what dental care should be. Welcoming, friendly, caring. Absolutely perfect!!
