The whole visit was a walk in the park, it also helps that the office is so close to my house.

Was only seen by the dentist for less than 5 minutes. Very rude compared to my first visit.
I DO NOT go to doctors or dentists because I hate spending the money and HATE pain even more. So when I chipped a tooth I was seriously uncomfortable not only because I was worried about the procedures I would need, but also about what the dentist and staff would think. My visit at the office was absolutely great. I cannot even believe that there are that many genuinely nice people that all work at the same place. The office was beautiful. Only thing that I could think of for improvement which isn't really much is to give a person an estimated time of their first appointment, numbering and counting the gums seems kind of tedious and in the end does it matter that much- possibly make this optional? You have a great office and business there. Completely impressed and will be going back.
My daughter is 3 years old and I took her for her first dentist appointment at Smile Hilliard. Not only did both the doctor and hygenist make her feel special but they knew exactly how to get my daughter to do what she needed for a successful appointment. Singing, counting, asking questions and telling stories were just a few things the hygentist did to make my daughter feel comfortable!

Dr. Sanyk is so gentle and efficient! The injection was painless and the actual procedure was quick and easy. The assistant, Brittney, was so competent and did an amazing job on my temporary crown. Great atmosphere and awesome people!
