I have hardly had any dentist visits all through my life because of various reasons. My first dental appointment with Smile Hilliard was sometime during end of April this year and i am totally impressed, touched with the hospitality of Doctor Sanyk and the staff members. I also love the fact that they give attention to detail when working on treatments and explain the treatment process. Best thorough cleaning and diagnosis I've had in a long time. Modern instruments make a world of difference. Friendly, professional and caring staff. I loved it and am looking forward to my next appointment.
Take it from someone that has a true phobia of the dentist...This place and these people are AMAZING! I have had a phobia for many years and have put off many appointments. After just one appointment (and now there have been a few) with Smile Hilliard, I am comfortable with my appointments and my smile. I highly recommend and wish there were more than 5 stars that I could rate this place. Thank you!
Dr. Sanyk's staff is very professional and nice. I felt welcomed in her office. The atomsphere does not remind you of a dentist office, it is like seeing a old friend who happens to work on your teeth. 5 stars are not nearly enough for the visit I had. Thanks to everyone for being so great!
Very pleasant office with nice people. Hygentist was very nice. Took her time. No shaming involved. Very gentle. Seemed to do a very complete job with X-rays cleaning pictures floride and exam. Dentist nice and explained concerns completely.
Being a HUGE dental-phobe, I would highly recommend Smile Hilliard. They are all amazing from the patient care ladies at the front - to the dental hygienist - to the wonderful dentist. Everything was explained as we went along so I knew what was going to happen. Dr. Sanyk explained my options for my care and let ME decide our plan of action. My insurance was broken down so I knew what to expect there as well. Such a great experience. I have found my new dentist and will recommend them to everyone I know! :)
Just so you know.... I am a HUGE dental-phobe! I do NOT like going to the dentist and I put it off and put it off. It's been probably 5-6 years since I've been to a dentist and needed a new one. Choosing a new doctor is one of the hardest and most frustrating thing to do. After disappointing treatment by my dentist of many years I finally decided to find someone new.
