My husband and I are Happy Hiller customers!!! Today we had our A/C unit check-up. Even though our unit is very old-28 years, she has a few issues and will eventually be replaced but she still cranks out A/C. Today, the technician from Hiller was Mason. He is amazing!!! I was having a major leak under my kitchen sink. I called and Hiller sent Dustin and Lance to my rescue within hours! Super nice guys that worked diligently to find the THREE leaks and get them repaired. They checked, double checked...then triple checked ... to make sure everything was in good shape before they left. Hiller is my "go to" when I need repairs!!

My blower motor was going out. Went to call air experts. They're the ones who installed our system. I was surprised to find Hiller had bought them out. I decided to go ahead and have them check what was wrong. Found my blower motor was going out but it was under warrenty still. When they told me it was going to cost $399 for labor and $89 for coming out i started calling around. Called every place in Cookeville. None of them were going to charge more then $180. Okay....so in today's world customer service is absent....and if you do get it the first time consider yourself lucky....because it's also inconsistent.
