This is one of the worst companies for customer service. They broke 2 expensive pieces of furniture and the employee in charge at our house said all I needed to do was call them and they would replace it. They offered to send us a check for $** for over $***** in destroyed property. **** reviews have other customers complaining of exactly the same problem. Our whole move was a disaster. Communication was spot on. Workers were quick and efficient while being polite and friendly. We were having snow, sleet, and freezing rain and they were delayed by traffic and weather related accidents but they kept in communications to let us know they were still trying to get to us. I know the conditions were slick because I had just drove into work a few hours prior. But they still came. Thanks guys.

I was pleased with the job Fred and his team did. They came on time and were efficient. Did a great job packing, moving, and then setting everything up in my new home. Fred was organized and really cared about making sure I was satisfied.

Hilldrup did an amazing job of making our move from Maryland to Virginia seamless. Although a bit more expensive than some other companies, there were no hidden costs and well worth it. Their driver and crew leader (Angel) took special care of our household items during the loading and unloading process. They protected both properties from any damage and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend Hilldrup and especially if you are lucky enough to have Angel as your crew!
