We used this company to move our office and the crew was timely, hardworking and always professional. Always ready to do what was needed and worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. Left no trash and took care with every piece packed and moved. Wonderful experience!

Hilldrup mispacked and mishandled a TV and I was not reimbursed. Despite recommending/requiring third party crating of my 65" TV, they neglected to schedule the third party and instead had their worker stuff the TV in a box with a coffee table top and some blankets. I couldn't reschedule the pickup and had to let it go, knowing it looked iffy. I have written acknowledgment of their mistake and still I got $* for the TV damage. We just moved back from overseas deployment. This is our fourth time using Hilldrup for overseas shipment (excellent moving company). Five stars to ***** and his crew. The team arrived 20 minutes early before their appointment time, immediately did pre-survey (what goes into which room), laid down floor protectors throughout the house and begun bringing in my furniture and household items. Had a great experience with Hilldrup, and the packing/loading team was amazing! Used every cubic inch of space to make sure all our possessions fit on the container. Fast, friendly, and a pleasure to meet.

Hilldrup’s moving services did a perfectly courteous and efficient job of packing my family’s belongings and loading them to the moving van
Fred M****, Tim, Larry, and Elzar were OUTSTANDING during our move! They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They took great care with all our belongings. We used this company to move overseas. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them,. When we called them, they never answered the phone. We had to leave voice mail several times and email several times to get an answer. The packing was also very poor and unprofessional. They also overcharged $***. We do not recommend them to anyone.
