Was going here for my Endocrinology appointments. The receptionist at the front is very rude for the Endocrinolgist and refused to let me see the doctor because she didn’t know how to read a referral paper from my regular medical provider. She also has made me wait to check in because she was “busy” talking to another coworker. Hence making me late for checking in. Very aggravated that no one told me Dr Dobratz was relocating to another state when I was in for my checkup, at the Claremore OHI office. The echocardiogram technician at the hospital told me today as she did my test. You would think patients would deserve a little more respect than that. I am not happy about the way I found out . Dr Dobratz patients should have been told and asked who they wanted to see.

no care in patient care it is impossible to get refills in a timely manner and you never know when you will get the medication that keeps you healthy!
