My queen and Mother, Leona Abrams has and is still hospitized there. Room 5624. There has been 4 close family member near her. My mom on second day while I was present said her IV was tight. Nurse came in during our long wait for Dr who was now present and rudely slammed moms arm down and spoke over Dr telling mom to keep her arm straight. On phone that evening my father can't hear well, I took phone from him to see if he hit a button only to hear nurse speaking rudely again about same.
