Very unhappy. My mother is a current resident. Waiting for one week for them to cross reference her meds. Still no answer. Has fallen 9 times. 9! The social worker suggested changing my mother to DNR! What social worker suggest that? My mother has been there over a year and the family has yet to meet the doctor. Crying while writing this. I gave them a 2 instead of 1 because they are clean. Called the 888 number. Doesn't work.

Not only do you have front line staff but management as well that is willing to sacrifice there own time too make sure the utmost care is given too each and every resident!! Not too mention the pure leadership Bill Conley provides for his top notched medical staff is nonetheless astounding!
