They know that the homeless (drug users, and alcoholics) are living on the property on tents. And makeshift shelters. This is very bad. Cars have been broken into, and if anyone would care to see I’ll be posting the police call log for as far back as I can!

Apartment is nice and clean but sometimes the front desk isn’t always the most helpful or timely with responses. But most of the time everything runs smoothly. Unlimited utilities is also a nice plus.
They changed my locks without notifying me and I am now locked out of my apartment that I pay rent to occupy. I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes with their “emergency” phone number.
