We had an absolutely amazing experience finding our Truck at Hill Country Honda! David worked with us from beginning to end and got us into a 2022 Honda Ridgeline at a great price. The whole Hill Country team was amazing and we loved working with David ******and team!
Went to purchase a 2020 car. Priced at $28.895. Sales person stated that every car is been sold here requires a MENDATORY package purchase. For this particular car the package cost $4900. Thats right for a used car they require you to purchase that package. Why not just list the car for 34k and be done with it? Why are yoy forcing such useless package on people. Purchased my truck June 2021. It has been in repair for the last 3 months. My concerns have been ignored. No member of Hill Country Honda management have called or email following my attempts. They ****** post for me to contact them and they do not reply. I am completely disappointed in my purchase. I deserve a chance to replace my truck. The lack of professionalism and care for its costumers is beyond imaginable. They are the worst Dealer in the Central Texas Area. The lack of word and how they basically lied to my face as I was trying to purchase a vehicle was just unbelievable. This is the WORST dealership. They are liars and scammers. Every single one of the people we worked with lied to us down to the GM Mr. C***. They sold my daughter a car. We signed paper work and had the car for over a month when they call ed her to dealership. They said they were putring gas in her car when in fact the took the key off her keys and said they had to keep the car cause there was never a deal done after Frank said that she was approved. Go to a different Honda dealership! Craig and Jeremy had no problem calling and emailing me before my purchase , but right after I signed papers neither of them returns calls. Even Mr S****** from finance won’t call me back. Horrible experience at this dealership. Don’t fall for all the extras they talk you into at finance like kahu and tint. $299 for tint and you have no choice but to pay it cuz the damn car is already tinted!! It’s a rip off.
