Update 3/18/24: Someone from the dealership reached out and explained the issue of being charged extra was due to a miscommunication on the sales associate part. I tried to negotiate the price down, but the sales associate never tried to negotiate back and made it seem like the extra $4k was firm, so I ended up walking out and they sold the car I wanted to someone else. Due to a major miscommunication from the sales associate I was not able to get the car I wanted. I would advise going elsewhere when searching for a vehicle.... read more

I had a horrible experience is this dealer. I was discriminated for being a woman but also they are were racist towards us. Do not buy a vehicle from them.

Ive been a long time customer with ********************** from the time they first opened.As a loyal and frequent customer, I am deeply disappointed in the customer service that I received today. Bought a car from them. 2 days later tail light went out. They said they offered a bumper to bumper warranty and I called to get the light fixed they denied having a bumper to bumper warranty even though they charged us 4k more dollars for it. Car was sold needing a tire rotation and the tags and registration still have not been delivered. Tried to call to talk to them about these concerns and they hung up on me. Drove down from ********** to buy a vehicle they had listed online. Showed up and almost lost the car to another customer who showed up at the same time. *********************** really took care of me to make sure we got our deal done and signed first.
