If your a waitress; you don’t stand behind your customers without an introduction and ask; “what do!you want to drink?” That’s rude, where’s your manners, courtesy?? The night I stopped by, I heard two other people complain about the food besides me! I heard later that a member of the kitchen staff had the nerve to actually chase one of the customers down at a gas station and began screaming very rude and unprofessional things at the customer! He’s lucky he didn’t do that to me or he would have been hurting in ways he couldn’t imagine! That was enough for me to hear! I won’t be back!
RecommendedWhile my experience wasn't great my daughter's hamburger was very good as well as the crunchy fries. we did have some problems however the manager Crystal contacted me and made everything correct. I believe she has control of the problem and would recommend others to try them out.

Food was ok, nothing so good we're gonna remember it. Service slow as a turtles pace. If you're in a hurry go some where else and they weren't busy!

$12.99 for this?!? I don’t think so!!! The sauce tasted like the jar of GENERIC sauce was opened a month ago. The beef was broken up hamburger that hadn’t even been cooked in the sauce! The ‘garlic bread’ was nothing more than buttered Texas toast! And, there was barely enough food to fill the belly of a 5 year old! All for $12.99! Do NOT patronize Hill City Cafe! horrible customer service.I wish I got the young girl name so I could file a complaint against her. after an Hour wait I ask her if she could find out how long more for our food to be done since we had a train ride to catch shortly if it was going to be longer we needed it to go. she said she would ask our waiter but the way she responded was awful.no care in the world and she seemed bother that we were inquiring on the wait time. she never got back to us so I had to hunt our waiter down and ask him. he seemed confused and d... read more
