I dealt with Samantha Steele to purchase my 2023 Mazda 3. There wasn't one on the lot, but were on the way. We worked out a deal and a good trade for my MX-5. As soon as a car became available we completed the trade. Samantha was great to work with and worked with me to get me good trade value.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our buying experience at Hiley Mazda of Ft Worth. The dealership overall had a much more relaxed atmosphere than we’d experienced before, and was impressively clean. Shout-out to Samantha, our saleswoman, for her genuine friendliness, great attitude, and most of all her no-pressure service. Worst car buying experience I have ever had!!! We had been looking for an exact vehicle, and finally found it at Hiley Mazda Fort Worth. We called ahead on a Friday night to make sure the vehicle was on the lot and James (manager) assured us it was. When we arrived at the dealership, James introduced us to Troy and off we went.
