I've been very dissatisfied recently with both the quality of dental work and customer care. I waited close to an hour and a half yesterday (half of it in the chair) and ended up having to cancel my appointment. I would like a call from Dr. Hilde as I am most likely going to another Dentist going forward.
I have sent multiple requests for you to stop contacting me. If a human was generating this email it would have been able to check and know I did not attend any recent appointments

Good morning, Wendy. There are a couple ways to unsubscribe to emails. First, and most convenient being, go to the email you received and scroll down to the bottom of the black box with the message. You will see a simple sentence there that says "If you would like to unsubscribe, 'click here'." The "click here" is blue text. doctor K and staff are awesome I arrived with at 655 am filled out some paper work in the chair by 715 am they took a few x-rays found the issue of my pain during the root canal not one but two I fell asleep in the chair during the procedure all repaired and pain free
Courtney was professional, friendly and competent. I felt at ease with her to ask any questions. I’m so glad to establish my dental team at Hilde Family Dentistry.
