All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist, Maddy , and the dentist listened to and answered my concerns regarding my mouth. They're just what I'm used to and was looking for in a dental office- reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and conservative in treatment. Not wanting anything unnecessary.
Staff turn over,....unusual. I:m not used to all the new people
I have appreciated the service and professionalism of Hilde Family Dentistry from day 1. They helped my daughter receive her care with a very short window for service, and every person in the office is warm and friendly.
They do a good job when i’am in there
After the hygienist was done, fyi great job, I was left in the room for 22 minutes for the dentist to spend 3 minutes to check my teeth, then had to ask if the fluord will be done, as I ordered. Bad thing, as I sat waiting, I could hear male and females staff laughing. It is great with a staff enjoying their job, but if anyone could tell me the dentist is running late, it would be nice
