Such a friendly warm environment. The staff is so welcoming and professional. They overlook nothing! They take the time to address your concerns without making you feel like you are being rushed so they could move onto the next patient.
I was in considerable pain after a quickly impacting Tooth decided to be unhappy on a Saturday Evening .. Hilde saw me on a thirty minute notice on Sunday Morning !! I'm fairly new to Hilde Family Dentistry but so far I'm very impressed with the honest and caring treatments I've received. My dentist is very knowledgeable, professional and careful of my dental issues and upholds his work ethic He's never too busy to see me if I have a special need. The whole office staff is also very professional and friendly.
Very friendly staff, flexible hours, and fast appointments. Hands down, Hilde Family Dentistry is the best dentist all office I’ve ever been to. I especially appreciate that I can ask questions, especially about cosmetic procedures, and get honest answers without being pressured to sign up or buy something.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the doctor completing a thorough review and answering all of my questions versus just popping in for a quick check.
I've only been going to Hilde Dental for two years, but so far the experiences have been positive. The dentists, hygienists and staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and respectful. I have no complaints.
It's a new staff almost every time we come in. There are 3 of us so it's less than every 6 months. My son was in yesterday for a routine check up and we've been struggling with his fear of the dentist. The staff we had 3 months ago and I agreed we would try again and ease him in to his exam. This time he had Miranda come in and take over and didnt treat him with and compassion for his fear or age.
