The staff is always so cheerful and friendly. The care is thorough, yet not pressured. I've been more consistent with my dental care here than anywhere else due to their approach to patient care.
Spoke with kaylene who was my dental assistant, she was very friendly,knowledgeable,and excellent with patient education.
This used to be a welcoming environment where I felt appreciated as a patient that is what attracted me 8 years ago. Slowly it has turned into a commercial practice making me feel like an item being assembled on a conveyor belt rather a person. I have never seen the same staff twice in the last 3 years meaning I have to explain my history ever time, 3 different people did 3 separate steps in my cleaning last week and the dentist ( which is not the one I scheduled with ) didn't even spend 10 minutes with me. Courtney was so kind and gentle cleaning my teeth! I have dental phobia from having a bad dentist as a child, but not when I go to Hilde they take my fear away! In fact, I’ve never felt any pain here, and I got a root canal. They’re very thorough and Dr. Kalvish is an excellent dentist.

I really like coming to you all. That being said I was a bit disappointed to have left work early and then be told you couldn't get me in. Not that work is more important than my health but if there is no work to be done then tell me up front so I can plan. My schedule is tight and busy. I do appreciate that you got me into the oral surgeon right away. All that aside I still like you all and think you do a great job. I have two referrals I want to give to you.
