I have an intense fear of dentists. I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years because of it. They never made me feel bad for my reaction they understood and made me very comfortable. After the first 2 appointments I was very comfortable and didn't freak out about going or being there. I would definitely suggest them for anyone who has fears about a dentist they are incredibly compassionate.
Everyone was very friendly, from receptionist to hygienist to the dentist. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. They took time to explain things and to just be kind.
Dr Smith was condensending in facial expressions, body language, and tone because of his judgments on me for not jumping at getting a root canal. . He spent very little time with us. I was there for my daughter Andrea. He has little regard or respect for a human seeking the most natural options. He Also scared me a year and a half ago and said I needed a root canal when I didn’t.
