Love the appointment availability. There is no excuse not to make it in for a cleaning. There’s a time for everyone’s schedule.

i was a bit annoyed that the filling in my crown, after a root canal was drilled thru it, was an amalgam filling. Now I have this black/silver spot on my crown. Silly of me to assume I'd get a white, matching, filling.
Dr. Hilde and his staff are great! He is thorough, but flexible where possible with the treatment plan. He is also friendly and keeps the patient entertained with his sense of humor while delivering top-notch care. His staff are friendly and courteous. My teeth never ache after fillings, which is a bonus! Our whole family, including young children, have received care there, and have been very pleased with the experience.
Waited over half an hour to be taken into a room. 3 individuals checked in at the same time. I was the first of the three and the last taken. No explanation given that I would have to wait. The wait made the rest of my day challenging to meet my commitments. Had a discussion of wait time occurred, I could have made decisions about waiting for the appointment or rescheduling. I find the friendly/professional service very satisfying.
Holder Family Dentistry has been great for me for many years. I have always had a fear of dental work. Not so at this dental office. I appreciate the high quality care but more importantly the recognition and accommodation related to my fears since childhood.
