One of your company's drivers in the Winchester area just ran my wife and I off the road. We were delivering mail and started pulling away from a box when we saw the driver coming. We stopped to let them by, at which point he/she stopped in the middle of the road. So we start to take off when out of nowhere the van takes off rapidly and cuts us off forcing us into the ditch. I think this driver needs a driving refresher coarse or something.
