Great place to drink and have a good time also great food

Food was excellent but our waitress was TERRIBLE! She asked us if we needed a minute to look over the menu, and then said, “yes? No? I have another table.” Took her at least 15 minutes to come back and take our order. We never got silverware, had to take napkins off a table near us, and never received refills.
