First time at hightopps and had a great time adult atmosphere, great drinks, the staffs was excellent, the food cooked well and nice outdoor eating place.

This spot is so relaxed&chilled and drama free.I love the crowd of mixed culture&everyone gets along very well.Drinks&food is very reasonable as well.Lot's of open space&plenty of free parking&never a cover charge

We really enjoyed our time there, coming from Pennsylvania, however, we sat outside with a party of 4. I researched online , the menu, and noticed gratuity was only added with a party of 6 or more. Well, the gratuity was added to our bill without us noticing, that stinks, and the waitress got an extra $40.00 besides the $29.00 she added to the bill. .. I personally tip well but do not like to be taken advantage of. Pure disappointment. ... Sorry we spent so much money there...
