Helpful, my car was towed here and no one took anything from it while it was here so they are trustworthy as far as my car goes. The guy who helped me was nice, I wish I got to pet the cat

If I could give zero stars, I would. This towing pound claims to be open Monday through Friday with pickup hours from 11 AM to 4 PM, but when I arrived during those exact hours, no one was there to help. I waited for nearly an hour, called multiple times, and still no response. The posted hours are completely misleading — it’s false advertising when you say you’re open but don’t have staff available to assist customers. Edd's Towing was great! We had a disabled car on the side of the road on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. The truck was there in under 30 minutes and the driver was careful to get the vehicle on and off the truck without causing any further damage. The pricing was competitive as well. Thanks to Edds Towing.
