They did a repair in my roof, warranty only 1 year and after few months the roof leaked again, I brought another company and they told me Highpoint roofing did a lousy job, very expensive and I had to hire another company to do it. Lack of work ethic. The worst !!!!
I just had my roof done and I am very pleased with the job , Ben is very pleasant to talk to and kept me up to date , Very honest and reliable company I would highly recommend his company.
Really let down by this roofing company. I thought I could trust them and the reviews but then my roof leaked 1 year after the completion, and every year since. After 3 years of blaming it on the roof parapets, they finally found the cause. A nail they missed when removing the previous roof had pierced through the new roof. They did a quick patch but I do not think it will last too long. I am still dealing with damages this leak has caused inside my home and they refused to help with any of that damage.
I had the pleasure of working with High Point Roofing Corp and can honestly express that the entire team exceeded my expectations. I had leaks in my roofing that was carried by roofing cowboys (did not know Highpoint Roofing yet), lots of leaks that were never repaired properly under warrantee. Met Ben (fabulous guy), man of his word, does what he says. Fixed the leaks with his professional and nice crew. Leaks are thing of the past. Ben and his company are professional people.
