Beautiful community, super modern! The gym is nice & the pool feels like a resort. My bathroom is my favorite with the tile flooring & deep soaker tub. Easy access to 85, and publix/Kroger are literally 2 seconds away. They recently installed speed bumps that everyone seems to complain about but I think it's great. People were using the entry road as a race way and it was very unsafe. Glad they fixed it & people have to slow down while entering the community!
I absolutely LOVE my apartment, but am quite disappointed in the community. Repairs in public spaces aren't being done in a timely manner (the fire pit has not worked since I have lived here and I'm not buying that a part is on order for months on end and there is only one light working in the mail area and it has been this way for weeks).The speed mountains were shaved down, but are still ridiculously rough on a car - it's private property, so there isn't a legal requirement to meet standards (I checked). Pulled into here to talk to someone about a lease 5 minutes ago, might have ripped my oil pan off on the biggest speed bumps I have ever seen. I left immediately. You should only consider living here if you have over 10" of clearence on your vehicle.
I think highland at sugarloft is a beautiful property.and it is fairly new!
