Hi, I do not know how else to get ahold of the manager of this office at (Sugarloaf Highlands). So I’m not writing on Facebook in hopes someone will respond. I usually do not post reviews but I am hoping that this review saves someone from the making the same dreadful mistake that I made by signing a lease here. From the experience that I had during the application process, I should have known that I was going to have issues. However, I did not trust my intuition and I decided to still sign the lease. Just got our keys yesterday. So far so good! Getting the keys took a little longer than we thought it would, but only because it was really busy during the time we went. Apartment was really clean and we only noticed a few areas on the wall that were repainted at some point. We were even able to get the new dark carpets which is a blessing since we have a pup. Will do an update after a few months.
Please keep in mind that they split the cost of the utilities for the leasing office/pool/ and other common areas. So although the price is already pretty high, that extra cost is not built in. You also have to pay $25 per month for trash valet.... and oh! any stains outside of your door caused by the trash valet will be blamed as they will take a picture of and send it to the leasing office. Once they get a picture that is not time stamped, and cannot be proven that it was caused by you, they will send you a lease violation... read more
Great management company. Excellent staff, and a beautiful, well-maintained property.
I love this place so much so I came back for a 2nd time. I’ll be here until I find my dream home. Cashmere completely rocks and she gets the job done. Love her. Love my apartment and everyone else does too.
