I lived at Highlands for two years, and it's a hidden gem for the price you pay! Beth and Michelle are fantastic and do a great job of making this place feel like home. Really quiet and safe with good neighbors, apartments are a bit older but very cozy with a retro feel and good quality. The maintenance staff is on point and resolved any issues that came about. AC and Heat worked perfectly, no issues with plumbing, etc. The only downside is I did have a couple roaches in my apartment, but when I found the opening they patche... read more
This place is a hidden gem in Raleigh! There are a lot of shady apartment complexes out there, but this is not one of them. The grounds are well kept, it's a safe area, parking is never an issue, maintenance is super responsive, and Beth & Michelle are so kind and genuinely care about their residents. They also don't nickel and dime you to death with extraneous fees which is a huge perk. I am so thankful I decided to live here!
