This place is a hidden gem in Raleigh! There are a lot of shady apartment complexes out there, but this is not one of them. The grounds are well kept, it's a safe area, parking is never an issue, maintenance is super responsive, and Beth & Michelle are so kind and genuinely care about their residents. They also don't nickel and dime you to death with extraneous fees which is a huge perk. I am so thankful I decided to live here!

Very peaceful, safe, and convenient place to live. We enjoyed living here for 2 years. The only reason we left was because rent increased and we wanted a larger apt but none were available. Rent increases were not unreasonable amounts. Beautiful cozy spaces. Well kept grounds. Maintenance and management were very responsive.
