Friendly, professional and knowledgeable dentist and staff. Always feel welcome and very confident they are doing their job well.
I really like how the doctor took the time to explain and show me my X-rays and pictures. I've had dentist in the past take advantage of the fact that I can't see what I need done and so I really appreciate the honesty and teaching moments. Also, the technicians were so patient and kind to my kids.
Dr. Thomas is very informative, I went in for a consultation and he addressed all my questions. He was very nice and easy to talk to and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. My overall experience was definitely 5 stars.
I was very impressed with my first visit to Highland Village Family Denistry. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I arrived to the time I left. I have spent MANY hours in a dental chair (every tooth in my mouth has either had a root canal, crown, and/or filling and full mouth braces twice). My 7yr old saw Dr Griffin, Jeni and Leslie yesterday...we had a lot done in one sitting and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, patience and overall attention to details. Going to a dentist for a child can be quite an ordeal but they were devoted to making it a comfortable experience for all involved. I walked out with a detailed game plan of what we need to do at future appointments and Brandie went over any/all questions I had about benefits. We will definitely be back.
This is a top-notch office everyone! Friendly front office staff, great hygienists, and most importantly amazing dentist. It is evident in the way Dr. Thomas works that he has a very high standard for the services he provides. Very grateful to have found this practice!!
I really like this office. I changed on my husband's recommendation. He hates going to the dentist because even teeth cleanings are painful for him. My daughters and I just completed our first visits there...we moved from another HV practice...and really felt welcome, comfortable and well informed about the next steps. Very pleasant experience and definitely recommend!!
