I believe her name is Shannon, she was wonderful, she took impressions and for the first time ever it didn't hurt. I have extra bone growth and that always hurts. I was very pleased with her for making it painless for me.
Anderson's hygienist was very encouraging and explained things very well. We are very pleased!

The one piece of advice I will give is to pull back on the guilt dished out to patients (and their parents). I left feeling like we completely failed as parents and are terrible people for our kids having cavities. We do our best to ensure our kids take ownership in their overall health and wellness, including their dental health. Please keep in mind brushing and flossing is just ONE of the 1MM things we have to do as parents and while we do care about ensuring they don't rot out their teeth, we can only do so much for pushi... read more
Suggestion: You need a sticker by your front door about Best Detist for 2014. I saw it in the room. I like Kadi and would like to have her again. Had a dead battery on the 18th and stress related, hence this survey is late.
Great experience overall. People are personable and authentic.
