Extremely unprofessional front desk check-in staff. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and the door was locked. I waited for about 10 minutes and called, leaving a voicemail asking for a call back since they were late opening. No one returned my call. When I called again an hour after they were supposed to be open, the front desk denied that they were late at all. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.
Every staff member was super nice, professional and efficient. Thank you for the great care Dr.Eric, Nurse Krystal, Brittany and other handsome male staff that I can't remember his name (sorry) *Best Urgent care experience of my 42 years*
The wonderful woman at check in was so kind and helpful! NP was right on with my diagnosis and very nice also. Day 3 on meds and I'm feeling much better. Thank you 🙏🏽
