only issue is security, people are walking in, obviously on something, harassing tenants and making the place uncomfortable. If this isn’t fixed hands will be put on people.
I currently live here and have for 2 years but have chosen to not renew my lease. My first year was decent living here, now it’s been awful the last few months. The new lady in the office Erica is EXTREMELY RUDE, && Lazy. I dropped off a money order to the rent office and it sat in the rent office for days! Two elevators. Laundry, snack and drink machine on site. Very close to The Nick, The Garage, Rojo, and 5 points South.
I am so happy and thankful. Management team are responsive and fair.
