Can't give negative stars. Got my latest bill, it was $102.00!!! They raised it over $23.00. When I called about it, they said it was because of the fiber optics and my internet. I had the lowest speed and they automatically raised it without my permission and raised my bill. They said they sent a letter, they did not, they said I was told when they set up the date to place my fiber optic box, they did not. If they had, I would not have let them set it up. Crap fest
Internet service down ... yet again. No after hours/weekend support. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
Mid speed dsl ping test at 1180 and speed is 0.04 mbps...FREAKING wonderful for the LOW LOW price of 80 dollars a month!!!
Biggest money thieves and criminals that this area has to offer, with their fastest speed being 10X slower than someone like Charter, or At&t's slowest choices, but still at a greater price, you can rest assured that they will wipe their asses with any complaints that you have, and keep your frustrations and requests in mind as they spend your hard earned money on everything but fixing their lousy excuse for an "internet service".
worst internet i have ever had and the most expensive this place is a joke! first off the customer service is non-existent before i cancelled service i called for repairs and after 2 months i didn't even get as much as a call, and i had to reset my internet router every 5 minutes to get it to work also i was paying for at least 2 megs a second and barely got 1.5 i would not recomend this service to anyone that wants good internet at a good price because this is neither! and on top of that after i cancelled my internet i kept... read more
