I haven't had much luck at all with our internet service since our move Sunday! The technician was great but when I called Highland back the customer service not so much! Still having problems it's Sat, there closed today I'm a full time student, m work has to be submitted by Sunday (tomorrow) so how's this going to work out not so well probably. Overpriced and crap quality.. the cable is terrible it glitches a lot and freezes and there is only 6-7 he channels the rest are standard definition which looks terrible on a 4k tv taking my box back and doing away with the cable service satellite is a better choice
