Does anyone who has the Gb package actually get anything near that? Or for that matter consistent speeds on any device? I have had it for a while now and never do. When a technician came once my phone speeds jumped up from 50/60 to in the 200’s but now it’s back down in the 50/60’s. But no device tests at consistent speeds and I get told it’s my devices but yet can get the speeds I should if I use someone else’s internet. Does anyone else has this problem?
After reading many of the comments on this page, it seems that many on here complain about being forced to pay for a home phone that is never used. Is it just a fee so that we can be a part of the CO-OP? I have searched this page and also your other internet site and no where is this mentioned.
I own a small business and on Sat, my phone line was damaged. I had no phone or internet service. I called and in less than 30 minutes, a tech was at my business, fixing the problem. I am very pleased with the service that I receive from Highland. Phone and internet are an integral part of my business and to have a provider that works on Saturday is invaluable to me.
We had trouble with the internet going in and out starting Saturday night and into Sunday night. Went into the office first thing on Monday and the problem was fixed by Monday evening (would have been sooner but we work late and he needed in the house). Billy even called this morning to make sure it was still good. I’ve never had a problem they haven’t been able to solve in a timely manner.
I’ve had highland internet for years.. when I lived at home and now on my own. We never really had problems other than from storms, up until a week ago... we can’t watch movies, the internet won’t load on our phones. It’s getting worse as the days go by... I know of several other people having this same issue right now.
My internet has been going in and out for the last 3-4 days, I wld like to know if I'm going get a discount on my bill? I pay money I work hard for so my kids and I can enjoy using the internet for streaming and whatever else, not so we can get half way through a program and get network connection error, this has been going on since the outage on the 14 fix this shit plz
Everyone is so quick to posts negative things about a place of business. My internet and phone went down last week and it was quickly taken care of. We have been Highland customers for a year and I can honestly say I’m not displeased with the service. I’ve seen people complain so much about Highland’s customer service but honestly maybe it’s the customer’s attitude and not the employee’s attitude.
