This is the most unfair situation I've ever seen. literally have no other options for internet where I live. call highland and its going to be $95 dollars a month! I can handle the $49.99 internet but as a single mom who would love to do virtual school at home with my kid this company makes it impossible to afford. you have no choice but to add a phone line to get internet which would put the bill at $95....I don't need a home phone. hardly anyone does anymore. this is ridiculous.
RecommendedGood reliability, consistent gigabit speeds anytime I check it and any problems have been resolved fast. It is amazing having gigabit speeds here in this area of the county! Thanks for everything you guys do to keep it working so well!
Paying right at 150 a month for 1000mb internet and the phone i dont want but am forced to have it for internet service during evening hours is terrible get low speed on speed test and all tvs are buffering and freezing
Internet goes out periodically and charge a ridiculous amount of money for phone and internet service since you have to have phone for internet.
HTC raises there prices every February the price go's up but the quality doesn't dropped them for direct TV 70 $ less and more channels
Well, when someone comes in on Monday and pays their bill off, get there service restored quickly. one week later isn't quickly... at all. And over a 5 day Holiday weekend?!? What a pathetic joke! All your answering machines(and the After hours support technician) say closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving, not at 2:15 on Wednesday. Talk about customer service. I was forced to take the landline telephone, that I do not use. This is the only way I can get internet.although, coalfield isnt required to take the phone. Both in Morgan co.
Got a letter in the mail the other saying that in order for me to keep getting the internet I have to have a phone line installed. I was told there are 16,000 customers with HTC and 10 of us has the internet but no phone, so HTC is making us get one, we have to pay a 10.00 membership fee, and fill out an application to do so, also my bill will go up by 22.00 because of this. I been with HTC for 19 years and it’s a shame to get treated this way, but they know people will pay it because we don’t have any other internet provide... read more
Internet connection is slow we had trouble for 3 to 4 months call changed packages still the same goes in and out called gets worked on still the same only thing that hasn’t changed is the bill we still pay the same for the service we are not getting it has not always been this way I wish they would just fix the problem
