Dorothy Hill is running for re-election for Board of Directors for HTC. But for the past two years we still do not have high-speed internet at Coopertown Apartments, Oak Park Apartments and Oak Park Addition Apartments. Maybe her opponent Daniel King can get it done.
I've always had an excellent customer service experience with highland. They always have worked well with me. But as everyone feels..it is a big pain in the rear that we are given only one choice which is highland for home phone/internet. Also that we have to keep home phone service to have Internet. Hoping technology changes that for us soon.
I love our highland we have the tv fastest internet and basic phone ❤️
I have had highland for about 2 months and going on the third inside service box. I hate highland. Their package are terrible also. I paid the same amount with comcast and got the encore chanels. My mother hates it also. She pays extra just to get something to watch and thats not right. I'm not going to pay more. I'll just go back to Comcast!!!!!
Slow internet, high prices, poor service. Not worth what you charge, but you know we are at your mercy since you are the only game in town. I have tried to find another source for internet but Winfield might as well be on the moon,
