Not worth the time or money. Have had issues from the first day with signing a lease, water issues that when they’re fixed a mess is left behind, bug problems that they don’t take care of, and piles of bird poop they won’t clean off the balcony before you move in.
It's been a very great experience getting my apartment here, the staff is great they helped me fill out the application and kept in contact through the whole thing so I knew exactly what was going on, they called me if there was any bump in the road, I got approved in a timely matter and was able to move in that month! The maintenance fixed all of the issues (very small things) that I had found within two days. My apartment (2 bedroom) is spacious and very nice! I would highly recomend to family and friends!
Military beware. You will have a big fight breaking the lease there with orders. I strongly suggest somewhere else to live.
The building is nice enough and I love the location, but be prepared to wait at least a month for any kind of maintenance. Kitchen sink leaking and causing water damage in the cabinet? Three weeks and three phone calls. So little water pressure that it's impossible to rinse out your hair in the shower or wash and rinse dishes? A month and counting. It's a "non emergency." With any luck, they'll check it before our lease expires.
