I inquired about housing via Facebook messaging. Irving was very helpful in meeting my needs the best that he could. I schedule an appointment and was shown a tax credit unit by a leasing agent, Bre. The unit was clean and had appliances that had recently been replaced/waiting on new replacements. I let Irving and Bre know that I had found a better fit somewhere else but was checking out Highland Ridge as my back up. Thanks to Julian and Irving for getting my kids and I into our new place in a short amount of time. I have been extremely happy with Highland Ridge management team!
We just moved in. It's a lot better than the other place we were leaving in. We did have a few issues with our door keys not working and our ice maker. The staff was very prompt with taking care of both of these issues. The staff is very friendly. The property is very well kept. It is a very reasonable place to live for the price. I would recommend Highland Ridge for anyone that is looking for a new place to live.
I have lived here for 10 years and really Iove it. I love the fact that I have a washer/dryer in my apartment and do not have to pay for water. They are friendly and always willing to work with you on maintenance problems and love the fact that they have a clubhouse and theater that are available for you to use. I also like the exercise room available 24 hours a day. They have had patio contest for best decorated for Christmas. It has been a joy live here.
