Highland Ridge Apartments has the most helpful and friendly staff and the common areas are always kept clean. Maintenance requests get fulfilled within a day normally and they are always quick to resolve any problems you may have.
Highland Ridge is absolutely amazing! I love how friendly the staff is. They always know my name, and I know I can always count on them to brighten my day. I know the staff will always be there if I ever need anything. They go above and beyond to make me feel special, welcome, and loved. Moving to a new city was frightening in the beginning, but living here has been an absolute blessing. Simply put: this place is amazing! Never plan on leaving!
Terrible experience here at Highland Ridge, it felt like sometimes we were put on the back burner for maintenance. Something as small as having my truck on a jack for a couple hours to change the oil I would get a violation of lease notice. I’ve been moved out since September and I still have not received my deposit back. They same the same thing every time-“call corporate” I’ve called about 8 times and never receive a call back, and supposedly highland ridge can’t help AT ALL with that. I do not recommend living here.
Very unprofessional and will waste your time when it’s time for your move out inspection.
