I usually have a great experience there. It is always busy so I expect to wait but today when the NP finally got to us, she was rushing. Did not care about my concerns, told me call early intervention that's all we can do. Eventhough I explained that I have and they told me my child doesn't qualify and she just said well call again. And left the room. I waited over an hour, for her to come into the room just for her to give me 2 minutes of her time.
We called for guidance on a rash yesterday as we traveled back from vacation. The nurse called me back with advice before the end of their day and scheduled us for an appointment the next morning. All is good. Grateful for the quick turnaround time and handled our concern with care.
They always get my kids in especially when I'm concerned. We saw NP Natasha, she was great, listened to us and my concerns and she explained everything. We are waiting on results and they already set up a follow up appointment with me. Thank you so much!
